The next stop for VSA MO's traveling exhibition, Where We Can Read The Wind, is Capital Arts in Jefferson City, MO. Michael “Blindcat” McIntire October 1 at the Carpenter Branch Public Library 6-7:30 p.m. In celebration of National Disabilities Awareness Month, musician Michael “Blindcat” McIntire performs an eclectic blend of rock, country, blues, and bluegrass. A master of the guitar, banjo, harmonica, and violin, McIntire is also a motivational speaker with a career spanning over 40 years. Q&A follows the performance.
