Capital Arts in Jefferson City is proud to announce its Spring Open Exhibit. The exhibit will be open from March 1st through April 17. The artist reception will be held on Sunday, March 9th from 1pm to 4pm. The featured artist for the exhibit is Ben Nickelson.
