Jefferson City Art club will have its end of year Dinner Meeting this May 20th

Jefferson City, MO (May 15, 2013)—The Jefferson city art club is announcing its final art club meeting of the 2012-13 season.  It will be held at the Community Christian Church on Ellis boulevard in Jefferson city.  The special guest speaker will be Ann Grotjan who will illustrate her decorative pottery and give a short presentation on the topic.  Her work can be seen and purchased at Full Spectrum Photo.

The Jefferson city art club also has their annual adult artist exhibit show currently open to the public at the Capital Arts Gallery on Missouri Boulevard.  That show will run from April 20 to June 6, 2013.

The meeting will be open at 5:30 pm and the dinner will begin at 6:00 pm.  All are encouraged to bring a dish to pass as the officers will bring the meat dishes.  The meeting is open to the public.  All are welcome.

Also,  the Jefferson city art club has been invited to attend the Lewis and Clark Task Force fifth anniversary of the “Corps of Discovery Monument” on June 4^th, 2013.  It will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the  Lewis and Clark Trailhead Plaza.
